Vice-Principal’s Welcome Message
Hello Skyhawks!
I am so excited to welcome you to another great year at G.R. Saunders Elementary. As your Vice-Principal, one of my favorite parts of the day is seeing all of you learning, playing, and growing together.
At our school, we believe in taking care of ourselves, each other, and our school. That means showing kindness on the playground, playing safely, and including others so everyone feels welcome. It also means remembering to walk calmly and respectfully when entering the building, so we start our learning time in a positive way.
Every day is a chance to practice our Skyhawk values: Respect, Empathy, Accountability, Community, and Honesty. Whether you are in the classroom, the gym, the music room, or outside on the field, these values help us soar together.
I can’t wait to cheer you on as you reach your goals this year. Remember: when we look out for each other and follow our expectations, we make our school the best place it can be!
